Zoning Variance: 308 E. 67 Street
A request has been made to approve a variance to the setback requirements for accessory structures to permit a detached accessory garage in the rear yard on the subject site, plus any additional variances, on about 0.13 acres generally located at 308 E 67th Street.
The homeowner would like to tear down and rebuild the detached garage.
