The Board of Directors of Armour Hills Homes Association (AHHA) has completed work on a resource for Armour Hills homeowners to reference and understand the restrictions applicable to their property under the applicable Declaration of Restrictions and plat document (i.e., the HOA covenants.) The resource is available here. In addition to copies of applicable documents, a summary and graphical representation of the restrictions (as seen above) are also provided. Prior to undertaking any project, residents are encouraged to consult this resource to determine whether there are any applicable restrictions, which are in addition to any restrictions pursuant to Kansas City’s zoning regulations.
