As part of this meeting’s agenda, the board will discuss a zoning variance for a proposed two-story addition to the home at 202 E. 68th Terrace. The lot calls for structures to be set back from the street 25 feet. This proposed plan would require a variance as it would be within 13.3′ of Grand Ave.
