UPDATE: THIS PROJECT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY REVISED FROM THE ONE INITIALLY SUBMITTED IN MARCH 2020 TO COMPLY WITH AHHA CONVENANTS AND HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE BZA.
The Board of Zoning Adjustment will be holding a hearing on September 8, 2020 to consider approving a variance to the platted building line to allow an addition to be constructed on about 0.22 acres located at 202 E 68th Terrace, plus any necessary variances.
